Mindfulness

 Mindfulness

This month every Wednesday we went to mindfulness. The teacher was one of our school teachers and that was very surprising. Her name is Miss Ikino
fo and she amazingly good at mindfulness. First we had to warm up. We had to close our eyes and take deep breaths. Then we had to feel what we were touching with our eyes closed. Then we played a game where we had to get the the hula hoop over our heads and the under our legs. That was a fun game. After the we get into some poses and we all were relaxed.
